BIOGRAPHY

Kylie Heidenheimer’s paintings have been described as “repositories of matter and metaphors for space”. She was born in Gainesville Florida, grew up in St. Louis and now lives and works in New York City. She has had six solo shows since 2007 including two at Galerie Gris in Hudson. The first show at Gris was reviewed in the Albany Times Union in 2013. An expanded version of the latter exhibition took place at Ohio Northern University in 2008 and included an eleven-color plate catalog. Heidenheimer has participated in Cutlog Art Fair in New York City in 2014 and 2013 as well as Aqua Art Fairs 2011 and 2010 in Miami.
